1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how Piqued Studio, LLC (“Piqued Studio,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares personal information when you visit piquedparcels.com (the “Site”), subscribe to our products, or otherwise use our services (together, the “Service”). It is incorporated into our Terms of Service.

Our Service is intended for users in the United States, and we currently sell and ship only within the United States.

By using the Service, you agree to this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. The Short Version

• We try to collect only what we need to run a subscription that mails things to you and to keep you informed about your story.
• We never sell your personal information, and we never share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
• We don’t store your full payment details. Payments are handled by Stripe.
• We don’t use third-party ad/analytics trackers, work with data brokers, or let anyone use your data to train AI models.
• We use a small set of trusted providers (listed in Section 6) to host the Site, send mail, and deliver newsletters.

3. Information We Collect

a. Information you provide to us

• Account information— your email address, which we use for passwordless (“magic link”) sign-in.
• Order and shipping information— your name, shipping address, and the details of your subscription and orders.
• Gift and recipient information— if you send a subscription to someone else, or ask us to forward remaining mailings to another person, the recipient’s name and shipping address that you provide.
• Communications— information in messages you send us (for example, support requests, refund requests, or feedback and reviews).
• Newsletter sign-up— the email address (and any name) you provide to receive our newsletters.

b. Payment information

Payments are processed by Stripe through a Stripe-hosted checkout. You provide your card or bank details directly to Stripe, and we do not collect, see, or store your full payment details. We receive only limited transaction information from Stripe—such as the last four digits of a card, billing ZIP code, the amount, and whether a charge succeeded—to manage your subscription.

c. Information collected automatically

• Security and network data. Our infrastructure provider Cloudflare processes data such as IP addresses and authentication tokens to provide access control, DDoS protection, and DNS. This helps keep the Site secure and available.
• Aggregated, anonymized analytics. We use Vercel Web Analytics, which is built into our hosting. It is cookieless and does not identify you individually or track you across other websites; it records anonymized, aggregated statistics (such as page views) and discards visit data after a short period.
• Essential cookies/local storage. We use a small number of strictly necessary cookies or similar storage to keep you signed in and to keep the Site secure. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use personal information to:

• create and authenticate your account (magic-link sign-in);
• process your subscription and payments (through Stripe) and ship your mailings;
• send transactional messages (order and shipping confirmations, sign-in links, billing notices, and service updates);
• send newsletters and marketing if you have signed up, which you can opt out of at any time;
• respond to your requests, provide support, and process refund or transfer requests;
• maintain the security, integrity, and reliability of the Service and prevent fraud;
• understand, in aggregate, how the Site is used so we can improve it; and
• comply with our legal obligations and enforce our Terms.

5. Cookies and Tracking

We use only strictly necessary cookies and similar technologies—for sign-in/session security and for protecting the Site through Cloudflare. Our analytics (Vercel Web Analytics) is cookieless. Because we do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, we do not track your activity across other websites or build advertising profiles about you, and we do not engage in “tracking” as defined by various state privacy laws. (We may purchase ad placements on third-party platforms to promote our products, but we do not share your personal information with them—see Section 7.)

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as described here:

We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or other legal process, or where we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety or the safety of others, or to investigate fraud or abuse.

c. Business transfers

If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any change in ownership or use of your personal information.

7. What We Do Not Do

The following are not among our service providers, and we do not share your personal information with them:

• No data-sharing with advertising networks. We may buy ad placements on social media and other platforms to promote our products, but we do not share your personal information with those platforms, install their tracking pixels on our Site, or upload customer lists to them for ad targeting.
• No third-party analytics services (our analytics is first-party and cookieless).
• No data brokers.
• No AI model training providers— your personal information is never used to train AI models.

8. Data Retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this Policy:

• Account information— while your account is active and for up to 24 months afterward, unless we need to keep it longer.
• Order and transaction records— as long as needed for accounting, tax, and legal purposes (up to 7 years).
• Newsletter data— until you unsubscribe; we may keep a minimal suppression record to honor your opt-out.
• Support communications— up to 24 months.
• Analytics data— anonymized and aggregated, and not tied to you.

We then delete or de-identify the information.

9. How We Protect Your Information

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, including processing payments through PCI-compliant Stripe, passwordless sign-in, and Cloudflare protections. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Your Choices and Rights

Marketing opt-out. You can unsubscribe from our newsletters at any time using the link in any newsletter or by contacting us at privacy@piqued-solutions.com. We will still send you necessary transactional messages about your subscription.

Access, correction, and deletion. Regardless of where you live, you may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and we will honor reasonable requests consistent with our legal obligations. To make a request, email privacy@piqued-solutions.com. We may need to verify your identity, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

U.S. state privacy rights.Depending on your state of residence (for example, California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, and others), you may have additional rights, which can include the rights to: know/access the personal information we collect; correct inaccuracies; request deletion; obtain a portable copy; and opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information and of targeted advertising. We do not sell or share personal information and do not use it for targeted advertising, so there is nothing to opt out of in that respect. 11. Children’s Privacy

The Service is intended for users 18 and older, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us personal information, contact us at privacy@piqued-solutions.com and we will delete it.

The Site or our communications may link to third-party websites or services we do not control. This Policy does not apply to those third parties, and we encourage you to review their privacy policies.

13. Where Your Information Is Processed

We operate in the United States and our providers primarily process personal information in the United States. Some providers, such as Cloudflare, operate global edge networks for security and DNS; where that occurs, it is for the limited purposes described in Section 6.

14. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date above and provide reasonable notice (for example, by email or a notice on the Site). Your continued use of the Service after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
